A CONSCIOUS Model For Business
Energetic misalignments and mismatches have become the biggest obstacle that stands between organizations and their ability to grow and thrive – often leading to undesirable energetic states such as employee disengagement, lack of motivation, resignation, or complacency. Contrary to many beliefs, simple perks and superficial solutions cannot remedy those misalignments. A free bus ride, green juice or cafeteria will simply not fix a job you just don’t like to go to.
Historically, much effort (and money) has been invested in superficial perks (such as free transportation, ping pong tables, slides, or jungle offices) instead of leveraging the biggest asset of any organization: its people.
